Dispute Resolution

Dispute a Verdica Score

If you believe a Verdica Score contains an error based on incorrect or outdated public records, you can submit a dispute for review.

Step 1

Identify the entity and score in question

Search for the entity on Verdica Construction and note the specific score or data point you believe is inaccurate. Disputes must reference a specific entity and explain which data point is incorrect.

Step 2

Provide supporting documentation

Attach official documentation showing the correct information. This may include updated USDA license records, resolved complaint documentation, or evidence that a reparation order has been satisfied. We only accept official government records or documents issued by the USDA.

Step 3

Submit your dispute

Email your dispute to disputes@verdica.io with the subject line “Score Dispute — [Entity Name]”. Include the entity name, license number, the data point in question, and your supporting documentation.

What happens next

Review timeline

We review all disputes within 10 business days. If the dispute is valid and the underlying public record has been updated, we will recalculate the score in our next weekly data refresh. You will receive an email confirmation when the review is complete.

Note: Verdica Scores are derived entirely from public government records. We cannot modify a score unless the underlying public record has changed. If you believe a government record is incorrect, you should first contact the issuing agency (e.g., USDA PACA Branch) to request a correction.
